Good evening to all of our clients!

Just a few reminders for everyone….

*We are a small business with one person answering the phone. Her hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm EST. She will answer calls/texts on the weekends ONLY during show weekends. If she does not answer when you call she is likely on another call or doing any number of her other duties, please leave a message and she will return your call. We currently have a high call volume along with multiple texts, Facebook messages, and emails, please allow at least 24 hours for a response. Our business would not run without her and we do appreciate it when she is treated with kindness and compassion.

*If you have questions about your results, please contact OFA. They are happy to answer your questions and explain your results.

**Weight Limit Update**

We have decided to change our weight limit policy. We will attempt radiographs on dogs/bitches weighing up to 150 #. There will be an additional fee of $100 for any of them in the weight range 100-150. They will also need to be docile, if they struggle we reserve the right to stop at any point as to not cause them any undue stress and reduce the risk of Dr Craddock getting hurt. *Greenville, SC show announcement*

Due to some unforeseen circumstances and changes, we have decided it is not in our best interest to attend the show in Greenville, SC in July. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We will be happy to see our clients at our home in Six Mile, SC during the show days if you would like to keep your appointment. If you need a different day/time, please call/text Christy at 864-650-3151. Dr Craddock will also be seeing Anicare clients if they need their yearly exams completed. Any med orders will need to be shipped.
