Duties
The Animal Control Officers are charged with the responsibility of enforcing local animal ordinances, as well as city and state animal related laws. The officers respond to calls for service related to animals running at large, vicious or dangerous animals, injured animals and animal bites. In addition, the officers are on call for emergencies occurring after hours. Adoption Fee for Dogs $

65 includes spay/neuter, rabies vaccination, heartworm test, and 5 in 1 preventative shot

We currently have a beautiful male Great Pyrenees at the Broken Arrow Animal Shelter. He is incredibly friendly and has such a gentle personality, but unfortunately he came to us with injuries and is currently receiving veterinary care.

Our first priority is finding his owners. If you recognize him or think you know where he belongs, please contact the Broken Arrow Animal Shelter as soon as possible.

If we are unable to locate his family, we would also love to connect with a rescue that may be able to assist with his care and placement.
