We are excited about participating in this study for a new treatment! If you choose to allow your pet participate (a few perimeters have to be met first) the parent company will put a credit on your account! YAY!! Celebrating being parasite free and credit rich! When you bring your pet in for their annual exam, be sure to ask the nurse for more information.
This preciously sweet puppy, Franklin, came in as 9 week old with swelling on the brain and severe spinal damage. He could not sit up or roll over and was paralyzed from the waist down. He is now 13 weeks old. With hospitalized medical care, physical therapy provided by our nursing team, and love provided both by us and the clients who come in, LOOK AT HIM NOW! He clearly is still paralyzed. We do not know if his spine will heal itself (say a prayer about that), but we are very proud of his progress. If you would like make a donation to help provide for his care, please give us a call. All donations will go directly to Franklin’s care.
Let’s celebrate the new year with some great deals from Purina. Proplanvetdirect.com is the website. They will ship those heavy bags of food directly to you. Use our hospital code so they know who referred you. Happy New Year!
HAPPY NEW YEAR!! Let us help you celebrate 2024 by making your pet all clean and fresh. We can also take care of those crusty ears, rears and toes. Call us to schedule your pet’s reservation.
Here are a few tips to help keep your pets safe over the holidays.
If you are looking for a great way to help your local community and your local pets in need, our Little Bit’s Christmas Pet Food Drive is a great event to support! All pet food donated is passed on to Haralson County Ministries. Once there, the food is dispensed in the weekly food boxes the families that use the Haralson County Ministries services pick up. They are so appreciative. Even a small food donation can make a big difference in a pet’s life!
Colin’s dog is never that far away from him. She is a sweetheart and loves her person!
Look as these AMAZING hand painted Christmas Cards. One of our clients painted them. Don’t you just love the idea of a handmade gift that can contain warm sentiments and is wall worthy at the same time!?!?! I do. I love a handmade gift. If you are interested in learning more about her work, check out her page: tyokemstudio. HAPPY FRIDAY!
Ok, so this isn’t pet related, but I found it interesting. Meteor shower TONIGHT! You can get more information from an app called “sky guide”.

All pet food donations are given to Haralson County Ministries. This local ministry provides clothing and boxes of food weekly to families in need. This past year they helped support 320 families. We believe no one should have to choose between feeding themselves or their pets. If you can find it in your heart to donate to this worthy cause, please do. Every little bit can make a big difference in someone’s life! Spread the word. Thank you!

We enjoyed a yummy lunch today. Each team member brought a dish that corresponded with the color they signed up under. The result was a plate that was as tasty as it was colorful. And, Charlie Beans, well, he was enjoying some pettums. I think he was secretly hoping to get a treat off of Landen’s plate, but Landen wasn’t falling for those dark puppy dog eyes.
Our best tip is to not let your family pet eat the rich human food we enjoy at Thanksgiving. This includes the ham bone after the meal. Here is a way to spread the word to your friends on line. After all, a Happy Thanksgiving is a HEALTHY Thanksgiving!

This member of the Price Creek furry family has no trouble letting his people know exactly what he is thinking. It is impossible to be mad at that sweet face. He knew he was disobeying. He also knew he was being quite charming! I hope it makes you giggle. Happy Monday!
What is fun for us can be terrifying for our pets. If your pet hides, pants, paces, drools or digs when they hear this type of noise, they are asking for help. We can help!
Charlie Beans got a new toy. ”Peanut butter mouth” is what he does when he is happy. I hope this makes you laugh like it did us!

If your pets aren’t this excited about their dental treats you are using the wrong one! They love the taste. I love that Oravet is clinically proven to remove plaque from their teeth. It also helps keep their breath fresh. They are happy. I am happy. WIN! WIN! Happy Friday!
