Hi CFC Family! We hope you’re doing well 💛 As we head into the end of the school year and busy summer season, we wanted to share some important schedule updates so everyone can plan ahead.

📚 End of School Year Week
The week of May 22nd we will have limited availability due to end-of-school-year ceremonies for our team families.

☀️ Summer Limited Availability Dates
Please note the following important scheduling updates:

* June 13 – June 20: Down one sitter (limited availability)
* June 21 – July 5: Limited availability
* June 22 – June 28: Down one sitter (limited availability)
* July 2 – July 12: Down one sitter (limited availability)

🚨 Holiday / Peak Time Note

* July 3 – July 5: Fully booked for 7–9 AM arrival window
* Overnights fully booked: July 1 – July 14 & July 20 – August 5

📌 Holiday / School Break Policy Reminder
During the holiday and school break period of May 22 – August 8, all cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 15 days in advance. Any services booked within this timeframe will be charged to the card on file 14 days prior to the scheduled service date.

This policy and all service terms are outlined in your contract under “Time to Pet” documents in your client portal under Documents.

💛 We truly appreciate each of you and your continued trust in us. Summer is one of our busiest seasons, so we strongly encourage booking early so we can best accommodate everyone.

Our hearts are heavy as we heard the passing of sweet Buddy 🐾💔

Buddy was the best “ol man” pup in all the ways that matter most. We had the absolute privilege of loving and caring for him over the last 2.5 years, and he truly left a paw print on our hearts. We are so glad we got to share Spring Break with you, Buddy—it’s a memory we will always hold close.

One of the hardest parts of what we do is saying “see you later” to our clients’ pets. They may not be ours, but when we see them so often, love them, and care for them, they become family in their own special way.

CFC is so heartbroken over the loss of such a gentle, sweet soul.

Run free now, Buddy… go chase all the balls your heart desires and thank you for trusting us and allowing us to love you.

Winter Break is right around the corner, and Crazy for Critters still has limited availability to care for your pets while you’re away!

✨ What we offer:
• In-home pet sitting — we come to you
• Multiple daily drop-in visits ranging from:
• 20 minutes – $15
• 60 minutes – $40
• Visits available 7am–9pm

📸 After every visit, you’ll receive a detailed report that includes:
• Updates on how your pets are doing
• Photos (and sometimes a fun video!)
• GPS-tracked visit confirmation
• Sent three ways: text message, email, and through our client portal

This Sunday and Monday morning, temperatures are expected to drop significantly, with lows of 19° on Sunday and 17° on Monday.

To ensure your pets always have access to fresh, unfrozen water, Crazy for Critters will be dripping faucets during evening visits and turning off water once it’s warm enough outside the following day.

👉 If you do NOT want us to drip your faucets, please let us know. Otherwise, this is a standard cold-weather precaution we take. There’s nothing worse than not being able to provide fresh water when your pets need it most.

We will also be closely monitoring temperatures and adjusting visits as needed to prioritize both pet and sitter safety.

🐶 What does that look like?
• Pups will be taken outside for short 5–7 minute potty breaks.
• Then brought back inside for cuddles, playtime, and warmth
• If needed, we’ll repeat short outdoor breaks rather than extended exposure so that your pet can have plenty of opportunity to use the bathroom

Your pets’ comfort, safety, and well-being are always our top priority—right alongside the safety of our sitters.

🎉🐾 My heart is truly full, Critter Crew. 🐾🎉

Crazy for Critters has been chosen and recognized as a Best of Georgia 2025 Regional Winner in Pet Sitting & Dog Boarding — and all I feel is gratitude. Deep, humble gratitude. 🩵

When I started CFC four years ago, I never set out to build a business. I just wanted to help support my family while still being fully present for my children. I’ve loved animals since I was little, and my sister is the one who opened my eyes to professional pet sitting 8 years ago. She taught me so much in those early years, and without her, none of this would have been a thought in my mind.

That first year as CFC doing everything alone came with a lot of learning curves — long days, late nights, weekends, holidays — but it also came with purpose. Being able to work while still showing up for my kids on sick days, appointments, and school moments was something I never imagined could exist. It’s been one of the biggest blessings of my life.

Over time, God placed the right people beside me. Our team is small, but they truly care. Not only do we work together — slowly, we’ve become each other’s village. Yes, it took trial and error to get here, but we respect one another, we support one another, and dare I say… we may love each other for exactly who we are. That kind of bond isn’t found in most workplaces, and I don’t take it lightly.

Watching Polly and Desiree fall in love with this work, just like I did when I first learned from my sister, makes me so grateful. They care so deeply for animals, and they still get to be there for their children — and sharing that blessing with them is something I don’t take for granted.
