Our African penguins interact with new objects as a form of enrichment, encouraging curiosity, exploration, and natural behaviors.

At Branson’s Wild World, guests can grab a toy and interact with our penguins through the window, giving you the opportunity to take part in their enrichment while watching their personalities come through.

Rain in the forecast? No problem! Branson’s Wild World is mostly indoors, making it a great place to visit even when the weather isn’t perfect.

Spend the day exploring our indoor exhibits and meeting some of our amazing animals, from our African penguins and lemurs to sharks, stingrays, reptiles, and more.

Plus, our tickets are good for two days, so if the weather isn’t cooperating, you can always come back on Sunday for another chance to see all your favorite animals.

Here’s to World Otter Day!

At Branson’s Wild World, we’re proud to be home to two playful Asian small-clawed otters, Gatsby and Lylla. As the smallest of the 13 otter species, these incredible animals may be tiny, but they have huge personalities!

With their partially webbed paws and remarkable dexterity, they can easily search for and crack open shellfish, crabs, and other small prey. Gatsby and Lylla love to swim, play, and show off their energetic antics, making them a guest favorite to watch.
