Meet Sherri! She’s one of our exceptional Veterinary Technicians here at Brandon Animal Hospital, and we couldn’t be more thankful for the care and kindness she brings every single day. Sherri always greets patients (and their owners!) with a warm smile, making everyone feel welcome from the moment they walk through our doors. With her years of experience, she has a special way of treating every pet as if they were her very own—whether it’s giving them comfort, providing expert care, or just sneaking in a little extra love. 🐾 Fun fact: Sherri is a huge pug lover, and she’s always happy to talk about her favorite squishy-faced pups! We’re truly lucky to have her as part of our team and know our patients are too.

That’s why Tiffany is here to share some helpful tips on how to safely and properly give your pet a pill when they’re being a little stubborn. With the right technique, the process can be much easier (and less stressful!) for both you and your pet.

Tomorrow we’re starting up a brand-new computer system! 🚀 This means we’ll be able to check you in quicker, help your pets faster, and keep things running smoother than ever.

BUT… just like teaching a puppy a new trick, it may take us a little practice to get it perfect. 🐶🐾 So please be patient with us while we learn—we promise we’ll get the hang of it soon!

🐾🇺🇸 Today we honor the brave four-legged heroes and the first responders of 9/11.

Did you know…
✨ Over 300 dogs worked alongside first responders during the rescue and recovery efforts.
✨ Their jobs ranged from search and rescue, therapy and comfort, to helping locate survivors in the rubble.
✨ Dogs like Sirius, a K9 officer, and Bretagne, a golden retriever who worked tirelessly at Ground Zero, became true symbols of courage and loyalty.
✨ These pups not only searched but also comforted—bringing hope, calm, and even smiles during some of the darkest days.

Let’s take a moment today to remember and thank our canine heroes who remind us of the incredible bond between humans and dogs. 🐶❤️
