Required Qualifications:
-Must be 18 years of age.
-MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE!
-Specific Responsibilities and Duties
-Basic animal handling & care.
-Rooming clients/patients with a friendly attitude.
-Preparing paperwork, vaccines, etc.
-Prepping patients for surgery.
-Assisting vet with surgeries.
-Work some Saturday’s when needed.

Dr. Watson has partnered up with local wildlife rehabs. He is apart of Wildlife Haven and plays a major role in helping take care of these babies. We are a nonprofit rehab and strictly do this to help rehabilitate wildlife back into their natural habitat. Currently we have many new babies from rabbits, opossums, raccoons and more. All these babies are at different stages in their growth and have very demanding diets. If you could help donate in anyway we would be so grateful! Thank you 😊 💚🐢🦨🦝

We are partnering with a local Wildlife rehabber, helping to provide neonatal care to orphaned and/or injured small wildlife.

They are currently in need of a small enclosure for use as a pre-release pen for opossums.

If you have a rabbit hutch or similar small animal enclosure that would work well for this purpose, please contact Wildlife Haven at: [email protected] or us here at BVC.

Wildlife rehabilitation is important for supporting a healthy ecosystem. Rehabilitating and releasing injured or orphaned wildlife plays a vital role in conservation efforts. The individuals that do this work must be licensed by the state but are strictly volunteers, not paid, and all of their expenses come out of their own pockets so they rely heavily on donations.
