Kenzie, our lead receptionist, keeps everything running smoothly with her organization, leadership, and calm presence—even on the busiest ER days. She’s the glue that holds it all together!
Jailynn brings kindness, compassion, and a warm smile to every client and patient that walks through our doors. She helps make stressful situations just a little bit easier.
From answering phones and comforting worried pet parents to keeping our team on track, these two do it all—and we are so grateful for them every single day.

Meet Brylee, one of our dedicated Veterinary Assistants! 🐾 She’s been working in animal care for two years, including the past six months with us here in Bowling Green while pursuing her college studies at Western Kentucky University, majoring in Biochemistry and Animal Science with a pre-veterinary focus.
Brylee’s love for animals started at a young age through the equine industry, and her passion for veterinary medicine grew when she began working in a clinic before her senior year of high school. She’s excited to continue learning and caring for both small and large animals, combining her experience with her academic goals. 💛
We’re lucky to have Brylee on our team—give her a warm welcome! 👋
