🫥 xena pulled a muscle. So we took her to the vet, everything seems fine now just had to get pain pills for days she needs them.
Cause xena refuses to admit she’s needs to slow down.

I hope everyone had a safe and wonderful Easter weekend. We gone to the pond to watch the ducks and geese, and seen a few unexpected visitors -from a canyon batt
and the Red tailed hawk came by to say hi just to get chased away by a red wing bird,
then the Ospreys came by and did some fishing.
Over all it was a good day I even got some of my favorite treats 🐾

Gone to the pond today so mom can get some rainy day pond photos the clouds where sooo think tho you couldn’t even see the mountains 👀 so we’re gonna have to go again to get the photo mom wants but I got to see geese and get some good sniffs in 🐾

Yesterday after the rain we decided to hit the trail to see what we can find. Started off with a hummingbird and then Xena spotted movement on the hill and then I saw them. 6deer laying under some trees hiding from the rain and just as the sun began to peek through they started to get up and continue with there morning ☀️

Update: 28days after her surgery and Xena is doing amazing she’s healing well and she started to run again but only short burst she constantly trying to convince me that she’s fine and back to normal but I know it still bothers her after a long day so her hikes are less then 2 miles for starters. With plenty of brakes and time to get in all the sniffs 🫶
