Starting Monday, June 1st, Barktown is launching an incredible raffle featuring our very own Stormy!

Thanks to the generosity of Chicken C**k Whiskey, one lucky winner will receive 100 bottles of Single Barrel, Cask Strength Bourbon featuring a custom label designed just for Barktown and showcasing Stormy!

The label is still being finalized, but if you're a bourbon lover and want to support rescue animals, this is a truly unique opportunity.

Open house for KDogg's LLC this Saturday, May 30th from Noon to 4!

Major announcement 👀, the kennel building is now in use!! A little paint and trim still needed, but dogs are being boarded in the building! We are hosting an Open House on Saturday May 30th from 12-4p if you'd like to come out and see what we've been up to. There will be light refreshments served and ice cream pie slices available from Kentucky Creamery.

Last night we showed you ALL the kittens — and that was a lot to unpack.
So let’s start by meeting the little fruit salad trio.Meet Apricot, Mango, and Clementine.
These three are about 3 months old and fully embracing their wild‑child era. They’re playful, silly, busy, and absolutely full of personality. The girls come with a touch of classic Tortietude (iykyk), but at the end of the day they’re just typical crazy kittens who make you laugh nonstop.They’ll be ready for adoption mid‑June, and trust us… they’re worth the wait.
