I hope this finds you all happy & well!! I miss you all very much!! I haven't been on this page for awhile now, & there are several messages! I will do my best to figure out how to change the auto response asap!! I cannot book anything right this minute. =( I'm hoping that I can put a good team on the road thru the summer months for limited runs. I will still be your contact person, but I will not be driving much in the future. I have already trained one person in USDA compliance & DHH above compliance procedures! He is absolutely great with dog care, & that compassion I will require from my team! I've currently got my eyes out for someone compatible, with great navigation instinct/experience. In the meantime, if ur current driver is taking good care of you & your furry friends, PLEASE, treat them well! I will admit that being your driver was the toughest & most rewarding job (sometimes), I've ever had in my life!! During my last year, it became obvious that a team is required to keep up with demand! I will admit that DHH quickly became more then I cud handle on my own, & tho I was very proud of that fact, the service I was able to provide began to suffer & take its toll on me. I began this company to offer a better service & to make sure the dogs being transported were giving the best care possible during transport! My big heart didnt want to turn ppl away when they needed me, but got me in trouble often! I will do my best to find a way to provide the service I intended to give you all when I began this company in Feb 2016!!
I apologize for not being available to take many calls or answer messages! Currently, we have just closed on a new home, & we are spending most our waking hours getting it ready, & it will be ongoing for the next several weeks! Once all the bedrooms are painted, we will begin our move! We plan to paint the main areas & begin the kitchen & 2 bath reno, after we have settled in with personal belongings! What else is taking up my time?? Opening a new Boutique!! That's right!! Eclectic Jane Boutique, LLC coming soon to downtown Elizabethtown, KY!! My Mom has dreamed of it for years & decided, her technically unemployed daughter will lead the charge to another successful business endeavor!! I miss being on the road, and I may be wishing for those days again soon enough! ;) Mostly, it is my family that is keeping me home! As many of you know, my son & step children lost their father, but also within the year, they lost their grandpa, aunt, & uncle, all on their Dads side. My stepdad passed in June, & then my last grandparent, was buried last month. Hence, we needed a bigger home, so we had room for the ones we love the most!! I did try to put together a route a couple times, but they fell threw, & the Good Lord was telling me the last few months on the road, it was time to go home where I belong!!
In closing, (FINALLY, for those who made it this far!!) the most important thing is FAITH!! When it seems that life isnt going right, & everything is a struggle, it is important to take a step back & listen to the universe!! He will speak to your heart & guide your way, & that my friends is what I have done!! I WILL see you again! KEEP SHINING & BE BLESSED!! All my love, Katrina
