Our fall session starts NEXT WEEK for our Therapeutic Horsemanship, come join the fun!

Our lessons focus on riding goals while incorporating life skills, social skills & emotional regulation. Horses can teach us many things, if we are still enough to hear the quiet whisper.

Healing Strides wants to give a HUGE shout out and THANK YOU to Chip & Linda McCauley for the amazing charcuterie board given to honor our staff and the hard work they provide! Our staff here does amazing things day in and day out, working through the hard times and supporting the community in various ways.

This meal was a great blessing and showed the thoughtful, kind work of some of our veterans and their families!

We had a great weekend at the Smith Mountain Lake W**e Festival this past weekend!
A huge THANK YOU to our volunteers that came out Saturday and Sunday (some came BOTH days!) to help us out. We are grateful for your time and willingness to help!

And thank you to the organizers and team that put on such a 𝘎𝘙𝘌𝘈𝘛 festival! It was amazing weather, fun atmosphere and a well planned event.

- 𝘔𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘭 𝘏𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘵𝘩 𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘪𝘤𝘦𝘴 - partnering with our equines, out in nature, what could be better!
