🐾 National Animal Control Officer Appreciation Week 🐾
Let’s give a big round of paws 🐾 (and applause 👏) to Deputy Steve Herrington, our resident animal whisperer, critter wrangler, and occasional cat negotiator.
Whether he’s chasing down a loose cow, outsmarting a particularly smug raccoon, or calming a hairless dog with a vendetta, Deputy Herrington handles it all with patience, bravery, and probably a lint roller in every pocket.
We don’t know how he does it—but we’re glad he does. Thank you, Deputy Herrington, for keeping both the two-legged and four-legged members of our community safe and sound. 🐕🐈⬛🐾
