We are looking for a Western and/or English instructor to join our team for our bluffdale location! We have indoor facilities so this is a year round position. Currently this position is part time (10-15 hours per week) we may be able to accommodate a more full time schedule in the future for the right applicant. We are willing to train someone but riding experience is required and non negotiable. Pay depends on experience but starts at $10-$15 per hour with the opportunity for yearly raises. *Have a valid US license
*Minimum of 4 years riding experience, preferably under a trainer
*Reliable transportation year round
*Able to provide excellent customer service to both parents and students
*Communicate effectively
*Self motivated

*Insurance is required to teach

Job Duties:
*Teach students proper ground handling, safety, and riding technique
*Communicate effectively with customers and other team members
*Care for and new tack clean and in working condition
*Assist with summer camps
*Sub lessons
*Assist with Birthday parties
*Be willing as other job duties may arise from time to time

*Weekly 30 minute private lessons - $130
*Bi-weekly 60 minute private lessons- $145
*Weekly 60 minute group lessons - $250

We still offer our regular options:
*Weekly 60 minute private lessons - $275 (our most popular option)

We are holding tryouts for our upcoming 2025-2026 show season, there is currently only 1 spot available.
Below are the qualifications to apply, you do not need to be a current student with us to apply

Qualifications:
1. Can W/T/C confidently off of a lunge line
2. Ages 10-17
3. Good attitude (Both parent and student)
4. Hard working (Both parent and student)

Parents please be aware that this is a huge financial and time commitment, please only apply if you are serious. That being said your child’s horse education will greatly benefit from this experience! They will get significantly more riding time and hands on experience with the horses in all aspects of horsemanship. We have a fantastic group of parents and kids this year and we all have a blast! We offer both Western pleasure, English pleasure, and jumping. We offer both private and group lesson options. Any riding level accepted we teach from beginner to advanced. Lessons are held indoors and are taught year round!

Students will receive a well rounded knowledge of all things horses not just riding. You will get hands on experience in ground handling, grooming, and tacking in addition to riding.
