That’s a Wrap on the 2025 Season! Papa’s Pumpkin Patch is officially closed for the season — and what a season it has been! 🍂 From sunny afternoons to muddy boots and laughter echoing through the bale maze, every moment was made special because of you — our guests, volunteers, family, friends, and community. 💛

We’re so thankful for everyone who came to play, helped out, donated, shared photos, or simply brought smiles through our gates. Each of you is part of what makes Papa’s so magical year after year.

Until we meet again next fall, we wish you cozy days, warm hearts, and happy memories from your time at the patch. 🌻🎃

Good morning and happy Saturday! It’s the Final Day at Papa’s Pumpkin Patch!

Today’s your last chance to play, explore, and make memories at Papa’s before the season closes! We’re open from 12–7 PM. The weather is great so come soak up one more magical day of fall fun.

🎟️ All ticketed activities open from Noon–6 PM
🎭 Family-friendly Costume Parade at 2 PM — meet at the Brown Barn!
🎃 Shop remaining pumpkins, gourds & goodies before they’re gone!

Friendly reminder: Papa’s is a non-scary zone — please keep costumes fun and friendly! (We may ask guests to remove scary masks or props.)

🎃🍁 It’s the final Friday of the season at Papa’s Pumpkin Patch! 🍁🎃 We’re open for play from 12–7 PM, and the weather is just right for one more day of fall fun! Come climb, slide, swing, and make those last sweet memories of the 2025 season. 💛

Grab a pumpkin and a few cookies, snap those family photos, and soak up the magic of Papa’s before we close for the year. We’re so grateful for everyone who’s made this season so special! let’s finish it off with big smiles and full hearts! 🌻

Papa’s is feeling extra thankful this Thursday! 🍂💛As we wrap up another incredible year, we want to take a moment to share our gratitude for some very special people who helped make the patch shine this fall.
🎃 The Hagel Family from Bismarck kicked off our season with generosity, delivering more than three overflowing pallet bins filled with pumpkins and gourds! For several years now, this amazing family has shared their harvest and good spirits with Papa’s — we’re so thankful for their kindness and continued support.
💛 The family of Steve Nelson also touched our hearts this season. Steve lovingly grew giant pumpkins but sadly passed away before harvest. His family donated those pumpkins to Papa’s in his memory, and they quickly became a favorite at the patch — selling out within a week. We’re deeply grateful for their thoughtfulness and wish them peace and comfort as they remember their loved one.
🌽 And a special thank-you to our wonderful neighbors and volunteers, Leonard (Jerry) and Carrie Rohr, who delivered Steve’s pumpkins and shared even more beauty from their garden with decorative corn and squash. Your kindness doesn’t go unnoticed!
We’re truly surrounded by the best community, one that gives, grows, and gathers together. 💕 From all of us at Papa’s, thank you for filling our hearts (and our patch!) with so much love and gratitude this season.

🎃🍂 It’s the Final Week at Papa’s Pumpkin Patch! We can hardly believe it. It’s the last Thankful Thursday of the season! Come out tomorrow Thursday, Oct. 23 from Noon–7pm for just $4 per person and enjoy one more magical fall day at the Patch.

🎃🧡 Then join us Saturday, Oct. 25 from Noon–7pm for our final day to play and snag your remaining pumpkins and fall goodies!

🎟️ All ticketed activities will be open Saturday, 12–6pm, so make it a day of fun, laughter, and memory-making!

Happy Sunday!! We are officially in the final week of our 42nd season at Papa’s Pumpkin Patch! Time flies when you’re having fun and WOW have we had fun this fall! From hayrides and caramel apples to giggles on Slide Mountain, it’s been a season to remember. If you haven’t made it out yet (or just want one more day of pumpkin magic), this is your week! We’re open daily 12–7pm — come soak in the sunshine, snap those last fall photos, and make your final memories of the season!

☀️ Happy Friday! The sun is shining (even if the wind’s saying hello!) and Papa’s is open from 12–7 pm today!☀️

If you’ve had a chance to explore the Scouts’ Nature Trail this season, you may have discovered a brand new addition — the Hanzelborsky Hideout! This creative masterpiece came to life thanks to local artist Lynae Hanson, her husband Mark, their daughter Madelyn and her husband, along with friends Amy and Larry Taborsky. Over the summer, this talented crew transformed fallen branches from our horse pasture into a magical hideout complete with doorways, branch walls, and even a cozy bench carved by Larry.

You might also spot two adorable new faces in our recycling area — a horse and pig, painted by Lynae and Madelyn to turn Coke containers into cheerful farmyard friends. 🐴🐷

We’re so grateful to this creative bunch of Papa’s Playmakers (fun fact: Mark, Larry, and Amy now help drive Marv’s Big Train on weekends!) 🚂

****CLOSURE UPDATE FOR 10/16**** Papa’s Pumpkin Patch will be closed today, October 16th, after last night’s heavy rain left puddles all around and a misty chill in the air. While it’s too soggy to enjoy the patch today, brighter days are on the way! We’re looking forward to welcoming everyone back this Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for a warmer and wonderful weekend full of fall fun.

🧡New this year at Papa’s🧡 In keeping with our mission to reuse, recycle, and repurpose, we’re excited to share our new covered wagon photo spot! Built from pallets salvaged from local businesses and topped with a beautiful canvas sewn from a painter’s drop cloth (thank you, Jeanne Wehrman!), this cozy wagon has already become a favorite stop for photos.
This special bench also serves as a memorial to the Eli family, who graciously dedicated memorial gifts to Papa’s in honor of a loved one. We are deeply touched by their generosity and hope this space is a meaningful way to celebrate their memory.
Over the years, many families have left their mark at Papa’s — through donations, creativity, and time. Each legacy adds a little more heart to the patch, and we are so grateful to let those memories live on here. ❤️🎃
