National Meow Like a Pirate Day is celebrated on September 19th each year to recognize the role cats played on the high seas in the past. Cats were often seen as good luck charms and were valued for their ability to catch rats.

Please note that our office will be open Friday-May 23, 2025 8am-6pm for medication/food pick-ups, to schedule appointments, etc, however, we will not have a doctor available for appointments that day.

We will also be closed in observance of Memorial Day on Monday-May 26, 2025.
