Since today is World Wildlife Day and spring is on its way in upstate New York, we would like to highlight Animal Help Now. In the spring time especially, many people come across injured or orphaned animals, however, it is illegal to take them in and/or care for them unless you are a licensed rehabilitator.

📣 ATTENTION CLIENTS WITH PETS ON PRESCRIPTION DIETS 📣

We are reducing the food inventory within the animal hospital and will no longer keeping certain items in stock. *We will also be discontinuing special order services*

However, if your pet is on a prescription diet line, flavor, or size that we do not keep in inventory, there are still many ways for you to make sure they are getting the diet they need!

Please take note of our holiday hours and additional upcoming changes in our office hours! 🕒

Our office hours will be changing starting Thursday 12/26/24 and we will be open 8am-6pm Monday-Friday and will no longer be open until 8pm on Mondays or Thursdays.

Starting 12/27/24 the office will be open on Fridays 8am-6pm for scheduling, prescription pick-ups, etc, however, we currently have no or limited doctor availability on Fridays for exams or emergencies.

As always, be sure to check the status of your pets' medications, prescription diets, and vaccinations and plan ahead for those refills or appointments! Remember, you can always schedule appointments and request prescription refills through your Pet Portal!
