As a professional dog trainer, I’m deeply committed to helping every dog have a second chance. Today, I’m offering a fully donated 10-session on- and off-leash training program to one family who is facing financial hardship and whose dog has serious behavioral challenges. If you have a dog who has bitten, drawn blood, or struggled despite other attempts, and you cannot afford the help you need, I want to hear from you. As part of the application, I ask that you share your dog’s full backstory—the challenges you’ve faced, and how this support could make a difference. I’ll carefully review the submissions and select one family by [March 31st]. Please reach out if this could be the lifeline your dog needs. Together, we can create real, lasting change.

 Please, if you are someone who can afford professional Dog training please do not submit your story. The whole purpose of this is to help families in need who love their dogs to death, but cannot afford a qualified behavioral specialist.

🚨 Introducing Our Exciting New Training Program! 🚨

I'm grateful for the trust my clients and their beloved pets have placed in me, and I'm thrilled to launch Group Class Retrieval.

This program is designed to be an enjoyable and rewarding experience. Retrieval is a vital skill for dogs, teaching them to pick up, hold, and release objects on command. We'll progress through various stages, from picking up objects from my hand to retrieving from raised surfaces. With a foundation in Basic Obedience, you'll be ready to unlock your dog's full potential.

My name is Amanda Rehmer and I own and operate Balanced Tails Montana. I have been working in the Flathead Valley as a professional dog trainer for over 6.5 years, and I am now starting to expand into Missoula!

On January 25th, I am traveling to Missoula to conduct some FREE in home behavioral evaluations!

My training includes:
