About the Clinician:
Kim Gately spent 28 years in Seattle, Washington operating The Gately Training Center, where she
specialized in all-around APHA and PTHA show horses. She rose to fame as a multiple world and reserve world champion trainer and coached many of her clients to multiple world and reserve world champion titles. Her success stems from her many years of knowledge , experience in a multitude of events, and raw talent.
Kim is currently based in Polson, Montana. She is a highly sought - after trainer and frequently travels to the West Coast where she attends shows, coaches clients, and gives clinics. Kim has won numerous ranch high-points and circuit championship awards, along with numerous ranch year end awards through the Washington State Quarter Horse Association. Under Kim’s guidance, her clients have also achieved a number of similar accolades.
Kim is a carded judge with the American Paint Horse Association
(APHA) and American Stock Horse Association(ASHA). She has judged the World Ranch Horse Association(WRHA)World Show and The World Ranch Horse Association (WRHA) World Show and the American Stock Horse Association (ASHA) World Show.

She will provide you with individualized feedback and advice that will help you refine your technique and pattern ex*****on for improved scores. As a judge, Kim offers a unique perspective and valuable insight into what judges are looking for in the ranch riding pen.
