Rooster’s Rabbits We are a quaint Rabbitry in Big Rapids Mi. We breed purebred New Zealand for pets and meat breeding. New litters born on a regular basis. Inquire within.

We frequent the UP and can always meet in Ga***rd, Kalkaska, Gwinn, Perkins, Marquette, Rapid River, Escanaba, or any way on our route.

Well I cleaned out cages this morning so I pulled the babies. The hair is slowly growing in. My second mom (TYSON) was a monster but all gave me 4 chunky monkeys. 2 Broken (sold) 1 Blue 1 Fawn.

We will definitely put Ty on a diet with an exercise regimen. Any other tips for me from fellow rabbit parents is greatly appreciated.❤️

Happy Thanksgiving to all of my fellow rabbit friends…. I sometimes receive sad news from people that I have sold a rabbit to, but I also receive happy news from quite a few. I sold Layla as a pet a few years ago to a gentleman in Michigan. He initially wanted a buck. After working with her I had to reach out to him and ask if he would be okay with a “tomboy “? He said sure why not. I was fortunate enough to watch Layla a few times when he went to Florida to visit his then 91 year old mom and also at 92. He moved to Florida for good. Layla in tow. I was so excited to get this text message from him this morning. ❤️ PS…. The New Zealand blue is Layla. 🩷

PSS…his mom is turning 93 on Christmas Day.❤️
