🐾 What is TPLO Surgery & Could It Help Your Dog?

TPLO (Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy) is a specialized surgery we now offer to treat cranial cruciate ligament (CCL) tears — one of the most common (and painful) knee injuries in dogs, similar to an ACL tear in humans.

When a CCL is torn, your dog may limp, favor a leg, or struggle to walk. TPLO surgery stabilizes the knee without the damaged ligament, giving your dog the chance to live pain-free again.

⚙️ How it works:
We surgically level the slope of the shin bone and secure it with a strong plate and screws — restoring stability and comfort. Most dogs recover beautifully and return to an active lifestyle!
