Just a reminder that we are BUSY! ✂️We do not answer the phone when a dog is on the table, this is out of respect for the client being worked on as well as SAFETY! As our voicemail requests, if we do not pick up please leave a message. If you do not leave a message, you will NOT receive a call back. Calling multiple times in a row will also not make us answer any faster. 📵

While I understand our wait time can be frustrating, we do our best to fit in as many pups as possible while keeping safety in mind. Your pets are living, breathing creatures. They can have bad days and good days just like us, and it is our job as professionals to keep them as comfortable as possible. 🐶 Proper booking ensures your pet gets the individual attention they deserve from a professional- we are not grooming machines we are PEOPLE who some days have to adapt to keep pups happy. Please prebook your appointments if you are on a time crunch, have a heavy schedule, etc. Otherwise be prepared for a potential wait. 📆

With this in mind, please take pets out to go potty for a respectable amount of time before their services. 💩Lately we have seen a LOT of potty accidents, resulting in re-bathing and sometimes more stress on our furry friends.

As always we appreciate you choosing us to keep your pets happy, comfortable, and looking fresh! We will continue to do our part, we just sometimes ask for a little help. ❤️

Hello there, Brey here! I just wanted to make an official announcement that while our shop as a whole is still taking new clients, I unfortunately will not be. This applies to clients who have not had an appointment with me within the last year. I myself currently book out over a month in advance, and need to also have time to get done owner tasks that help keep the salon up and running. All standing appointments will continue as normal, but I do HEAVILY recommend booking in advance to get an appointment time that works for you.

While this is sad for me, it goes to show just how much our facility has grown in order to need this decision. The other girls at Shampoodled however will be more than happy to accommodate you as best as they can, and I have all the faith in trust in them to make your pups as happy and beautiful as I would! Thank you for your understanding. ❤️🐾

Much of our staff will be taking a much needed break until January 5th, so if replied are slow please be patient as we recooperate from the holiday rush! 🐾❤️
