The next OFA Friday is on August 22nd in the afternoon. Only 16 spots are available. You must call for an appointment.

All services will be provided by Dr. Mike Jewell and/or Dr. Bethany Liebig with discounts only on special OFA Fridays*:

OFA Hips $165 (regularly $180)
OFA Elbows $135 (regularly $150)
OFA Shoulders $135 (regularly $150)
OFA Patella’s $30 (regularly $34)
OFA Basic Cardiac $45 (regularly $53) if you need cardiologist for your breed, we cannot do it.
OFA Dentition $28 (regularly $32)
