Triple Gem/Gemma got a saddle on for the first time today!
Sorry I haven't been posting, I've been busy with school and OHSET! Now it's all calming down I have more time to work with her!
She didn't spook at all when putting the saddle and saddle pad on. She stood quietly and had no reaction to it. She never freaked out, or bucked! Shes such an amazing and smart horse! She had no problem with me tightening the cinch and wiggling the saddle around! I also ponied her on last years competition horse! She didn't fight at all and was very respectful! She's making so much progress in no time!

Got the tag off after not even 2 days!! This is such an amazing mare! She's extremely willing since she got here. She's seen all our horses be petted, tacked up, ridden, and she was always watching intensely! When I would let my horse eat grass she would also try through the fence to copy her! She also stands next to the fence to be close to other horses and wants to buddy up with everyone! She let me touch her on both sides and even pat her, I was able to use two hands and pet her all over her front and her face! Such a sweet mare from Antelope HMA!
