Yesterday, we had several requests to provide more info about the Ranch & happenings……We are a fully self-sustained Farm, our primary focus is on Pork & Beef with the hard work and help from our partnership of the FFA & 4H students of Central Oregon. All of our animals are raised on Worthy Brewing spent grain(“LIQUID GOLD”) and 600 acres of lush pasture. On the Good news front, with the help of the Bend FFA Chapter students, we are raising all of the pork products for the Bend/La pine School district lunch program via a Federal grant approved in late August. As well, our “SWINE TO DINE” program provides the Best quality pork products in the country for Worthy Brewing’s Restaurant~~~ A true “PORK TO FORK” Experience!!:). Our current count of populated critters….. 68 Hogs, 611 cattle, 50 chickens, 3 peacocks, 6 Turkeys, 4 cats, Billy The Dog, & A partridge in a pear tree……. More Cow Hide & Pig Skin updates to follow, when fun on the Range allows. Cheers!!!
