Happy CSR Week Rachel and Brittany! 🎉

We are fortunate to have two of the most incredible people as our Client Service Representatives here at Elevate.

This is by far one of the most difficult positions in a veterinary practice. They are the first voice you hear and the last face that you see. They navigate the front desk like an air traffic controller.

They make sure the phones are answered, pets are safely guided to their rooms and clients are greeted warmly and personally. They make an impossible schedule possible, listen to concerned clients with empathy and understanding and diffuse difficult situations on a daily basis.

Rachel and Brittany truly ensure every client feels special and valued. Even when it seems that there a million little fires going on around them, they handle it with grace and poise. They are incredible team players looking out for each other as well as other team members and always willing to jump in wherever they can.

This week we celebrate them and their incredible work, but every day we are grateful for their contribution to the practice.

Last week marked our technician Erica’s final treatment for breast cancer after an incredibly strong and courageous journey—6 months of chemotherapy and a full year of infusions.

We are beyond thrilled to share that she is cancer free!

Erica, the way you’ve faced this journey with grace, courage, and so much kindness has inspired all of us. You are such a fighter, and we feel so lucky to have you as part of our Elevate family.
