The Barbour County Commission was awarded $5,000 through the WV Department of Agriculture Spay/Neuter Program. This will provide $75.00 OFF Vouchers to 67 individuals. You must schedule Spay and Neuter Services with Audubon Animal Clinic, to do so , pleaseEMAIL
[email protected] and leave your contact info as well as your pets info. PLEASE DO NOT CALL, Staff will then reach out to you to schedule an appointment as soon as possible . When scheduling your appointment request a Barbour County Commission $75.00 off voucher to be applied to your account. Vouchers are first come first serve and service must be completed before October 15,2026.If your appointment is cancelled without rescheduling, your voucher will be forfeited. Spaying and neutering is our first line of defense against pet overpopulation and one of our best tools to keep pets healthy. We’re glad to be able to offer this service, and we appreciate your cooperation with this process. Many THANKS to the FOHO-WV for their hard work to get this program passed.
