First Hatchary box came in. It’s all Cream Legbars, Amercuanas, and Prairie Bluebell Eggers.

The next round comes on the 7th and it’s a box of rare breeds so who knows what they’ll be!

As fire season has slowed down we’ll be focusing on working horses, getting the goats ready for winter kidding and producing some really nice egg layers to sell!

Follow the page for more updates!

New man on the farm!

Last night was quite the night to welcome him with all the rain… 🤦🏼‍♀️ he’s waking up wondering why the heck he ended up here in a giant mud puddle.

09/30/2026

Well…. So much for any sand, gravel, or shavings we did have…. These last couple storms have kicked our ass.

We had several inches of standing water across most of the property last night. I’m actually pretty surprised how much water has receded and soaked in waking up this morning…. A literal night and day difference 🫣 we had mini rivers running through the driveway and into the arena last night.

I thank god though, yes, we are a muddy, stinky, nasty mess but we are still fairing better than may others across the state 🙏🏻

Now praying for some sunshine so we can start getting these pens dried out and cleaned up 🤦🏼‍♀️
