Many of you are aware that I took another breeder to court for failure to comply with our breeding agreement,
3 puppies or more is consider a litter, stud owners choice of pick puppy or stud fee. She refused to do either.
3 puppies were born march 7th.

Also, know I’m the 3rd breeder she has failed to agreed comply with their agreed up contract.

I had wanted pick puppy,
She perjured her self under oath saying she had to give the puppies away.
The court then orered her to pay a $5,000.00 stud fee .

I want to let everyone know that Kim Calo isn’t a reputable breeder and isn’t going to honor my contract to give me my puppy for my breeding with Naomi and Falkor she is less than honorable and trust worthy. This is the second time she has done this to a breeder.
She wants me to take a stud fee instead of puppy, my contract states a litter is 3 puppies, my option of pick puppy or stud fee. I want pick puppy. This will turn into a legal battle.
I’m placing her the don’t breed/ sell list.
