Companion Cats

Companion Cats Companion Cats is a 501(c)(3) non-profit run by volunteers that seek to find homes for unowned cats.

Once spayed our goal is to place them in an environment that best fits each cat. This method provides the most humane living situation possible. Both friendly and feral alike deserve the perfect forever home. If the cat is not very friendly but is homeless, perhaps this means being a “Barn Buddy” or being introduced into a controlled colony. If feral kittens are found, it might mean living in a vo

lunteer foster home where they can be socialized until old enough to be tested for FIV & FeLV, spayed, microchipped and vaccinated prior to adoption.

Yesterday at Companion Cats, both Baby Boy and Pistachio found their forever home together! 🐾🏡

Seeing not one, but TWO wonderful cats begin their next chapter is what rescue is all about. Baby Boy and Pistachio each captured the heart of their new family, and we are so excited for the love, comfort, and happiness ahead for them both. 🩵🩷

ARE YOU LOOKING FOR A BARN CAT or CATS?
We currently have a number of healthy, fixed, vaccinated adult cats that would prefer the barn life versus living in a house with humans or the shelter with all the other cats.
Some of them are somewhat friendly, some shy, some semi feral...but they all deserve a home (barn) where they can have shelter from the elements and be provided food and water daily and vet care as needed.
If you are interested in one or more of these cats, there is no adoption fee (donations appreciated) but you still must be approved to adopt.

As of today, the Companion Cats Catio Project has raised an incredible $11,982 💙

We are honestly overwhelmed by the generosity, kindness, and support this community has shown throughout this campaign. What began as a dream to create a better future for our cats has turned into something truly amazing. 🙌

And we’re not done yet…

Our official campaign wraps up next week, and we’ll be sharing a GRAND FINAL TOTAL once everything is finalized! 🎀🐱
