Calhoun County Animal Center We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. The Calhoun County Animal Center, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that was started in November 2004.

FYI, please do not bring dogs over county lines for two reasons 1)owner has less of a chance of finding their dog and 2)We are extremely full already and this puts us in a bad position.

We would like to thank The Blu Door on 800 E. Columbia Ave. for hosting their Boo Bash event and raising money for our shelter animals. While we didn’t adopt any of our dogs out, we met so many lovely community members and our dogs received lots of love❤️
