This is Burty.

Have you ever?!?

Poor Burty originally came to us in April as a TNR through our spay/neuter clinic, but he was a little old man mess - rotten teeth and arthritis and matted fur and scarred eyes, ooof.

And anyway, who could put this heartthrob back outside?!?

But we had to get him over all his ailments, so Burty only recently moved onto the adoption floor.

And now that he has ... line up ladies, we found yo' man. 🥰😍

Burty is estimated to be about 15 years old, and does get a little summin' summin' for his achy joints. But other than that, this boy is ready for some livin'

Being a cat shouldn’t be this hard.

Meet Weird Al. As you can see, he is REALLY struggling. He’s beyond stressed and is so scared. He needs a home where he can be comfortable and relax. He just hasn’t been given the chance due to being FIV+ and FelV+. He deserves just as much of a chance as any other cat. Could you be the one for him?

Y'all. This dog.

Maisie is WONDERFUL. You simply CANNOT not love Maisie.

She has an underbite that gives her a perma-pout. She LOVES belly rubs. She is the SNUGGLIEST dog ever. She loves anyone who pays attention to her. She would rather sit by your side than do absolutely anything else - if she has a choice between a treat and your lap, it's your lap, every time.

She is an absolute a**hole to other dogs, we're not gonna lie. It's why she hasn't been IMMEDIATELY snatched up by one of our staffers or volunteers, because we all ADORE Maisie girl.

But if you can only have one dog - THIS is the dog.
