Round steaks $5.39 per pound
Minute steaks $5.69 per pound
Sirloin steaks $9.49 per pound
Ribeye steaks $18 per pound
Beef tenderloins $32.99 per pound

Burger is $6.25 per pound for finished on corn and $8.69 per pound for grass-fed.

🎯 After Thursday, June 12th, we will no longer be selling by the package. Moving forward, we’ll only be offering quarters, halves, and whole steers. So if you’ve been meaning to grab steaks or burger, now’s the time!

👉 Current Beef prices for quarters, half, and wholes:
$3.85 / lb hanging weight + you pay your processing.

The processing fee will be around $180 on a quarter of beef; however, it can cost more if you do more summer sausage and jerky, and not your average cuts.

It’s about $1,000 for a quarter of beef. $820 for the hanging weight and $180 for the processing – give or take, depending on the weight and what you get done.

We offer Grass Fed Beef for a Healthier option for your Family or Corn Fed for all the natural juices and flavors that you are looking for!

******Julie Johnson is an Equine Sports Massage Therapist and a horse trainer that has trained many colts from scratch to barrel, trail, kids and game horses. Her specialty is training horses, helping clients get along with their horses, fixing problem horses, and helping clients find horses that fit them and are in their budget. Julie received her Equine Sports Massage Certification from Equessage in Round Hill, VI. She has dedicated her time to her animals and clients and loves to bring her “Beef” to the table!!
