General Pet Sitting Terms and Conditions
1. LIABILIY POLICIES
A. Personalized pet sitting agrees to provide services stated in this contract in a reliable and trustworthy and professional manner. In consideration of these services and an express condition hereof, the client expressly waives any and all claims against Personalized Pet Sitting unless arising from gross negligence on the part of Personalized pet sitting. Client agrees to notify Personalized pet sitting any concerns within 24 hours of returning home.
B. Personalized pet sitting shall not be held responsible for pets that bite, suffer an accidental death or escape from faulty fencing or from inside the home due to faulty screens, doors, etc.
C. Personalized pet sitting will not be liable for lost, stolen or broken items at the home when other services enter the home. This includes, but no limited to house cleaners, contractors, lawn service providers, etc.
D. The client understands that all pets (where appropriate) must have a veterinarian and must be up to date on their vaccinations and flea/tick control.
E. All dogs must have I.D. On their collars that include phone number.
2. EMERGENCIES
A. Client agrees to authorize Personalized pet sitting to handle any emergencies that may arise. Personalized pet sitting will make every effort to contact client, however, client gives authority to act in the pet’s/home’s best interest. Client is responsible for any veterinary fees that incur while pet is under the care of Personalized pet sitting
3. PROVISIONS
A. Client agrees to make appropriate arrangements for foreseen inclement weather, i.e., snowplow and/or shovelers.
B. Client agrees to provide the appropriate following items where applicable: doggie coats, towels, cat carrier, brush, ice melt, paper towels and general cleaning supplies.
***Walk/let out clients:
*I require an hour window in case of traffic or needing extra time at another client's home, etc.
if you cancel the walk before 8:00 a.m. on the day of the Walk there's no charge if you cancel after 8:00 a.m. there is still the full charge for the visit.
I require at least a 24-hour notice if you need a walk but I do my schedules on Saturdays for the coming week so ideally if you could message me on or before that Saturday that would be appreciated.
*On days where there is heavy rain or snow or degree above 85 or below 32 we will do shorter walks and playtime inside.
*If there is a state of emergency due to weather I will not be able to get to your home on that day for the visit and there will be no charge for that day.
*Payment is due by noon on the Friday of the week of visits or the last visit for that week (ex. if you only need walks on Monday and Thursday then payment will be due by noon on Thurs, etc)
I accept Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, cash or check made out to Annmarie Perkins.
the charge is as follows
*15 min let out $20 (days over 85 degrees or under 32 degrees)
*20 min visit $22
*30 min visit $27
*60 min visit $40
**weekdays before 9am and after 3pm and any time on weekends are subject to $5 increase per visit.
***Overnight clients:
*Payment for services are due on the FIRST day of the booked overnight.
The rate per overnight is $80 for 8pm to 8am.
*mid day visits are as follows and can be personalized to your pet.
(these also apply to drop in visits if you choose as opposed to the overnight)
*15 min let out $20 ( days over 85 degrees and under 32 degrees)
*20 min visit $22
*30 min visit $27
*60 min visit $40
*If the drop in visit is before 9am or after 3pm weekdays or anytime on weekends please add $5.00 to each visit.
*Holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas eve, Christmas day, New Year's eve and New years day overnights are $100 per night.
*cancellations within 24 hours of booked overnight services are subject to a charge of $80.
