We are proud of our Bassets and want people to have the chance to see what we have to offer. All Bassets are not alike and we try to match the personality of our pups with the lifestyles of their new owners. I also want folks that have adopted one of our pups to have the opportunity to share photos of their dogs with each other.

I want to address the issue of "scammers" today. It has come to my attention that some folks in North Carolina were taken advantage of today by someone using our photos and pretending to be us. This is a hard issue for us to do much about but I want to mention a few things that might help you. If you think you are interacting with us on messenger, please call on the phone to verify it's us. You should reach either Rhonda or Steve, our phone numbers are posted on the page and on our website. We will sound like a couple of hillbillies from the Ozark Mountains (that is what we are) if the person on the other end uses English as a second language it isn't us. We will not want a credit card number or Venmo or Zelle, we do not use any of that. If they do it isn't us. We will not want to meet you somewhere, we are busy on the farm and you can come here or we can arrange delivery. If they want to meet you it isn't us. We are in southern Missouri, if the person you are working with is anywhere else it isn't us. I hope this helps, I am sorry that folks that are getting swindled, i know it is very disappointing. The world seems to have an abundance of crooks and liars, be careful out there.
