Cancellation Policy: I understand that if I need to change my appointment time or cancel it, that I must give at least 24 hours notice if possible so that the appointment time can be made available to anot

her client who is on the waiting list. If I cancel my appointment and do not reschedule at the time of cancellation I will be charged a $10 fee for the groomers time and office supplies. If appointments are missed without given notice, I will be required to pay a $25 "no call, no show" fee prior to scheduling any future appointments. This part of being a good pet parent.

A client was incredibly thoughtful today and her kindness brought tears of joy to my eyes. As you all know I recently experienced the loss of my beloved Sam. Although it's been tough, I'm finding strength in the love and support that surrounds me, and I must admit, sleeping without him has been a challenge, especially after eleven years of having him by my side. It's the little things, like not knowing where to place my arm, that remind me of his absence. I know it may seem insignificant, but it's a poignant reminder of the impact he had on my life. This heartfelt gesture from my client touched my heart deeply. I'm grateful for clients like her who make my job so rewarding. I feel truly blessed to have the most compassionate and caring clients in the world. Thank you for being my rock, I cherish each and every one of you.

**UPDATE **She is currently in my lap and the newest member of the Davison pack. Shadow is still in need of a home though. Please consider him. He is amazing.

The same family is also seeking a home for this beautiful little girl, and I just know she's destined for greatness. I'm going to ask my husband, and I have a feeling I already know the answer. She is a very timid little girl, but with patience and love, she's going to thrive. She's so much fun once she gets to know you, and her unique spirit is truly inspiring. She's known me for quite some time, and it's been amazing to see her come out of her shell when she visits, hence the big smile when she comes for her groom. She's a good girl, and she's wonderful with children. She just needs someone to understand her little fears, and with that, she'll be unstoppable. If someone gets either one of these, I sure hope they bring them back here, not because I like the sheds or I'm lacking for clients, but because we've worked so hard to develop a truly special bond, and I don't want to add even more unknown to their life. I know that with the right owner, they'll continue to flourish.
