Say hello to Coco Rosie, the epitome of feline affection!

This loving girl is looking for a forever home to call her own! She’s the kind of cat that will gently pat your leg to let you know she’s ready for some quality lap time and then gracefully make her way onto your lap. Belly rubs? Coco Rosie can’t get enough of them! She’ll even roll over to ask for more. She’s perfectly happy sharing her space with other kitties, often greeting them with the cutest little nose kisses. She would make an excellent companion for another cat or something who works from home, as she has a quiet, calm demeanor. Come see for yourself just how much of a lovebug Coco Rosie is! Say hello to Miso and Dashi, a dynamic mother-daughter duo who have recently been returned to our rescue and are looking for their new furever home. Miso is a quiet-time cuddler, seeking affection when the home is calm, and loves to lap sit and snuggle up at bedtime. She's food motivated, often acting as your shadow in the kitchen, and occasionally even sneaks tortillas from the pantry!

Her mom, Dashi, had a rough start in life but has blossomed into a loving companion who will never turn down pets or belly rubs. Like Miso, Dashi likes to cuddle at bedtime and will purr louder than a Ferrari! Dashi is a little timid with new people (who isn't?) but is food motivated and warms up quickly when treats are involved.

This Memorial Day, Banana and the rest of us at Austin Siamese Rescue invite you to take a moment to remember those who have given their lives in service to their country. We’d like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all our adopters, volunteers, fosters and supporters who have served in the U.S. military or have family members who have served. Your sacrifices and dedication are deeply appreciated.

Rescue cats make wonderful companions for veterans and their families by offering unconditional love and comfort! These precious bonds bring peace and can make life a little brighter on days like today. We wish everyone a safe Memorial Day, filled with gratitude and appreciation 🇺🇸🐾

Say hello to TomTom! This sweet, handsome boy was owner-surrendered due to no fault of his own and we are now on the hunt to find his forever home. TomTom absolutely loves the company of other cats and would love to be adopted by someone that has a furry friend for him to spend time with. He is a gentle, quiet cat who would thrive in a calm home where he can relax and learn how to trust again. TomTom’s searching for someone with a heart of patience that will give him the time he needs to acclimate and become comfortable in his new home. This sweet boy is a sucker for cat treats (especially Churu) and will no doubt blossom into the most loyal, loving companion a person could ask for!

Say hello to one of our newest intakes Dobby! We were alerted about this little fella being given away for free after being dumped at a rural auto shop. Of course, we jumped into action and contacted the shop owner who was happy to surrender him to us. The owner said Dobby had been hanging around the shop for a few days but always disappeared into thin air whenever somebody tried to catch him. Eventually, they were able to trap him and posted him on Facebook. Dobby is now safe with us at his foster home where he was given the ultimate spa experience. He was an absolute angel during his bubble bath and was so happy to get rid of all those fleas and dirt! It's time to announce our PetSmart Cat of the Week 📣

Meet Purrnama! This friendly gentle giant could never get tired of neck scratches and walks right up to you when he's ready for some love (which is all the time). He's 5 years young and is a big boy who does well with other cats, dogs, and even kids! Purrnama is a sucker for toys and loves to show off his playing skills - see the video below. After tiring himself out, he loves to curl up for a nap near his human.

Happy Mother's Day from our moms to yours! Help us raise $1,200 for mama cats this Mother's Day 😺

With kitten season ramping up, we have recently taken several mama cats with kittens into the rescue. It is through donations from supporters like you that we are able to help cats like Amira and her kitties. The average cost of fully vetting a family like this is upwards of $1,000. In order to continue taking in other mama cats like Amira, we are asking for help in covering the vetting cost of one cat family in our rescue.

Adoptions have been slow but our amazing fosters are still trying to take in cats. During this time, Cheesecake and Mark, both with a tough past and from different cities, have become BEST FRIENDS! They both love to snuggle and groom together. Mark is a little shy and unsure and Cheesecake is more adventurous and likes to explore. She has really helped him to feel more comfortable and safe 🧡
Cheesecake and Mark are both young Flame point siamese. Cheesecake is a female flame, about 2 years old and has a deeper flame coloring. Mark is about a year old and has a creamier coat color and both have bright blue eyes.
We would love for this new found friendship to continue into a forever home!

Mr. Goofy is full of personality and will keep you laughing with his silly self! He is the sweetest cat in the whole world. He is playful, friendly, healthy, kind , and smart and will love you from day one!

We need a foster for this mom plus 5. They are all friendly 7/8 weeks old and mom needs to come too. 3 babies are Siamese and mom (waiting for a good pic) is a lovely nicely marked calico. Help!!

ADOPTED 🎉🎉🎉

My name is Angel and I am a sweet, shy, and drop dead gorgeous kitty girl with the longest, fluffiest tail you've ever seen. After my mom and dad went into memory care, I was left alone in their house with no human contact for almost six months. This caused me to become a bit skittish of new things, including people, but once I get to know and trust you, I am incredibly loving and adore being pet, especially on my head, ears, and chin. You will know when you hit the sweet spot by my soft purrs of pleasure. I am playful and love toys that I can bat around, which sometimes causes me to get the zoomies. I have excellent litter box and scratching manners as well. I do well with other non-aggressive cats, but am not good with dogs or children. I know there is someone out there with patience and kindness that will work with and love me so that I can blossom into the amazing kitty that I am!

Sasha and Sheba are a gorgeous bonded pair of purebred calico Persians. These sisters are sweet, loving and affectionate. They love to be with people and sleep in bed with you. Sasha and Sheba get along with other cats and respectful dogs of all sizes. Being long haired cats, they do require a daily brushing, which they enjoy!

Sweet Sophie was adopted and returned due to no fault of her own. The resident cat did not want to share her home with another cat and Sophie came back to ASR. Sophie continues to be great with other cats. Even when cats don't like her, she continues to play with her toys and eat her treats. She is such a happy and grateful cat! Someone please adopt Sophie because she is a great companion!

Sophie was a mom to 5 Siamese babies, who have all been adopted. It has taken a while for Sophie's personality to shine but now she loves to play and throw toys in the air. She is still shy and nervous around new people, like a lot of cats. But once she knows you and has a routine, Sophie gets so excited to see her people, that she does a little twirl and is full of chirps and churdles! She is a very clean lady, low maintenence and doesn't require a lot of fuss.
Sophie has a reduced adoption fee to help find the special home she deserves.
PLEASE share this post, so we can get this fully vetted girl a home and her foster can make space for more mom and babies that already need our help!

When Mia came to Austin Siamese Rescue, Inc., she needed to be spayed, vaccines, dewormer, tested, microchip and rabies. Then it was discovered she needed dental work too. Approximately $1200 in vet bills later (and minus about 6 teeth), she was ready to find her forever home. And she did!

But without your donations, it wouldn’t have been possible. Every donation helps us help more cats. No donation is too small, the cats appreciate them all!

Meet Story with a BIG story!!
This special girl is so sweet and has had a rough start to her young life. She was shot and had to have a leg amputated and was fostered during her recovery. She was adopted and unfortunately returned because she ended up having more health issues than we were aware of, and that the adopters were prepared for. She has an eye issue for which she sees a veterinary ophthalmologist, and she has suspected stomatitis-and likely needs to have all of her teeth extracted. This girl is young still, and deserves to live a life that is pain free. Donations help Story, and many more cats that need extensive veterinary care. We are very hopeful Story will be available for adoption again soon!
