We love seeing that sweet smile! 🧡🐾
After a scary health emergency and a week-long stay at Metropolitan Veterinary Associates for a bleeding ulcer, Abby is back home, feeling better, and “back to her happy self.”
Her family recently shared some incredibly kind words about the care they received throughout Abby’s stay and follow-up visits:
“Overall, I just wanted to be sure to recognize your staff for their excellent care and customer service.”
Abby’s family gave a special shoutout to Damon, who took extra time at discharge to make sure they felt confident managing her medications, food, and care at home.
“He really went above and beyond to make things right and be sure I felt confident when I left so I could care for Abby at home.”
They also shared their appreciation for Dr. O’Brien, who provided reassurance and took the time to explain Abby’s care during some especially stressful moments.
“We hope we don't have to come back any time soon, but if we do, we know we'll be in good hands.”
