Hi everyone,

I wanted to take a moment to clarify how my mobile nail trim service works, as there seems to have been some confusion.

Mobile nail trims are offered on one or two days each week when I am off from my full-time grooming job. On those days, I create a travel route and schedule clients accordingly, starting with those closest together and working outward. This allows me to efficiently serve multiple clients in a single day and offer discounted travel rates.

Please note that these discounted rates apply only to clients who fit within my planned route. I do not offer private in-home nail trim appointments at the same rate, and in-home appointments are generally reserved for special circumstances only.

If your location or schedule does not fit within my mobile route, nail trims can always be booked at my salon, which is open five days a week. Appointments can be scheduled through our mobile grooming app.

To maintain a healthy work-life balance, all mobile appointments must be completed by 3:30 PM. I am unable to accommodate evening requests, as I receive many inquiries for appointments after 5:00 PM. My routes are finalized the day before service, and I do not add additional appointments after 7:00 PM the evening prior.

I truly appreciate each and every client who supports my business. Mobile nail trims are a service I have chosen to offer on my days off as a convenience for my clients, rather than as private in-home appointments.

Starting Monday, June 22nd (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM) and Saturday, June 27th (9:00 AM – 2:00 PM), I’ll be offering discounted in-studio bath appointments to help keep your pups clean, comfortable, and smelling fresh all summer long.

Mobile bath appointments include all of the services listed above. Please note that clients must provide:
• A suitable bathing area for their dog
• Access to an electrical outlet for my professional high-velocity dryer

Please note that I do not operate a mobile grooming van or trailer, and due to insurance requirements, I am unable to offer full grooming services in clients’ homes.

My best senior friend, Oreo the Cockapoo, stopped by for his groom today. Such a sweet old gentleman who always goes with the flow and makes grooming a breeze. ❤️

Also visiting today was Silky, an 18-year-old kitty who came in for a shave-down. As cats age, it can become harder for them to keep up with grooming, which can lead to matting in certain areas. Silky received a shave-down on her back, belly, and sanitary area to help keep her comfortable and feeling her best.

Unfortunately, I didn't get any after photos—it's hard to hold a wiggly kitty and take pictures at the same time! 😆

I keep hearing “You don’t charge enough for traveling nail trims”…So here is my reason why

As an animal lover first and a groomer second, I have always believed in putting pets’ health and well-being above everything else.

One of the most important aspects of routine pet care is regular nail maintenance, which is why I strive to keep my nail trim services as affordable as possible. My pricing is not a reflection of my skill, experience, training, or the quality of care I provide. Rather, it reflects my commitment to making this essential service accessible to every pet owner. Something as simple as neglected nails can lead to discomfort, mobility issues, and costly veterinary bills if left unaddressed.

Nail trims have gone up so drastically, it’s become unaffordable for a lot of owners and I want to help those owners and be the best version of the groomer I’ve always wanted to be…putting animals above everything else….So that is why I am “too cheap” ❤️🥰

BUT……..

For pets with more advanced grooming needs, I also offer full grooming services in my private, in-home grooming studio. I use professional-grade grooming equipment, luxury grooming products free from harsh chemicals, and provide one-on-one, personalized care tailored to each guest. My studio is completely cage-free, and calming essential oils gently diffuse throughout the space to create a relaxing experience.

My goal is for every pet to leave feeling comfortable, refreshed, and looking their very best.

Hello everyone!

I wanted to give you all a heads-up that I will be closed for approximately two weeks next month while I complete several business upgrades, including improvements to scheduling, new signage, and other exciting updates. My goal is to schedule this closure during the last two weeks of July.

Please be sure to book your grooming appointments before then, as I will not be able to accept any appointments during the closure period—including nail trims.

I also wanted to let everyone know that beginning in August, I will no longer be offering self-booking. While I hoped it would be a convenient option, it has ultimately created more challenges than benefits and hasn’t been as user-friendly as originally expected. You’ll still be able to schedule appointments directly through me on a first-come, first-served basis, including appointments after the two-week closure.

Additionally, I plan to upgrade my bathing area later this year and will have a well-maintained Groomer’s Best stainless steel tub with ramp available for sale. (The faucet and hose will not be included, as those are newer upgrades that will be transferred to the new setup.)

I’ll announce the exact closure dates as we get closer and I have a more precise timeline.
