Good morning everyone! I just wanted to hop on and share a few quick updates:
1. Scheduling Changes
We’re adjusting our appointment times a bit! Instead of hourly bookings (like 8am, 10am, etc.), we’ll now be scheduling in two main blocks: 8am and 12pm, with up to three appointments each at those times. With just the two of us grooming now, this new system will help us stay focused and reduce all the stop-and-start that slows us down. It also helps us get your babies finished and back to you more efficiently!
2. Getting in Touch
We know it’s been a little hard to reach us lately, and we’re so sorry! We’ve been super busy (thank you SO much!), and it’s not always easy to pause grooming to answer the phone. The best way to reach us is by text—we promise we’ll see it and get back to you as soon as we can to get your pup on the schedule.
3. Online Booking Temporarily Paused
While we update our availability, online booking is temporarily down. We’ll reopen it soon once everything is ironed out, and we’ll make a post as soon as it’s back up and running!
