Responsibilities:
At Hanover Humane Society, Kennel-Technicians provide both our animals for adoption, and our boarding client dogs, with their exercise, attention, feeding, sanitation, and medication requirements. They have to follow rigorous safety and sanitation policies throughout the facility. This calls for constant inspection of the assigned areas for sanitation, safety, and replenishment of water, food, and bedding as needed. Communication with other technicians and supervisors is critically important and includes keeping the supervisors appraised of the animals’ emotional and physical condition, updating the animals’ records daily, and being knowledgeable of all the animals on the premises.
TO APPLY: Email [email protected] for an application or pick up one in person at the kennel.
