Keep your pets safe this year with the following tips!
Costumes, candy, and creepy decorations—Halloween is fun for humans, but it can be tricky (and even dangerous) for pets! Here are a few vet-approved safety tips:
🍫 No treats for pets! Chocolate, xylitol, and candy wrappers can be toxic.
🦴 Avoid costume stress – Only dress pets if they’re comfortable. Skip tight fits or dangly parts.
🚪 Watch the door! Trick-or-treaters = lots of opening/closing. Keep pets secure to prevent escapes.
🕯️ Decor dangers – Curious noses + lit pumpkins or cords = potential hazards.
✨ Bonus Tip: Microchip info up to date? Halloween is a peak time for runaway pets!
