UPDATE! Thomas is home safe!

FOUND CAT!
This cat was on the porch of one of our client's this morning, wanting to come in out of the cold. They are going to bring her by shortly to see if she has a microchip.
She does not have a collar, is very well groomed and fed. The client posted these pics on Nextdoor as well. They live in Ashbriar, across from Broad Run HS.
Please contact us if you know whose cute kitty this could be!

Does Your Older Cat Really Want A Younger Companion?

We human beings sometimes think of our pets as being small versions of ourselves. We also sometimes project our feelings onto our pets. But bringing home a new kitten might be one of those situations in which your cat would prefer you think of them as a cat, rather than as your child.

Effective 01/12/2021, our office is closing so that we can deep clean and sanitize the hospital to follow guidelines from our local Health Department. This is to protect the health of our staff, clients and families. We understand that this may be a frustrating situation for you as a client. If your pet is experiencing a medical emergency, please seek care at VCA, Animal Emergency Critical Care located at 165 Fort Evans Road, NE Leesburg, VA. In the event you have a question their phone number is 703-777-5755.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this difficult time. Please be assured we are doing all that we can to get our hospital back up and running so that we are able to provide care for our patients.

Our short term goal is to have a few members on our team back in the hospital to answer phone calls and to answer any questions or concerns. We are also working on a plan to be able to utilize telemedicine for any cases needing it.

Once the hospital has been cleaned and sanitized meeting recommended guidelines from the local health department we will send a follow up email, post an update on our face book page and our website. Until that happens we will be intermittently monitoring our email account [email protected] for anyone needing to reach us.

As a reminder, we are currently offering curbside only appointments at this time.

We are currently open the following hours:

We would like to remind everyone to remain in their vehicles and call upon arrival. Please be sure to park in the parking spots designated for our hospital. Pet owners are required to remain on the property throughout their pet’s appointment.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. Please contact us with any questions or concerns as we strive to keep the safety of you, your pets, and our staff at the highest priority.

-Bernard's Owner
Please spread the word! Bernard was LOST on July 13, 2020 in Ashburn, VA 20147 near Cedar Lane Elementary School

Message from Owner: Bernard is very friendly, he escaped this morning with out his collar and tag :(
If you call him, he will come to you. Isn't afraid of dogs, so that could be a problem....he is a sweet boy and as you can see, quite a clown. This photo was taken at the beginning of COVID. So, if you find him and bring him into your home, close the bathroom door!

Description: Orange Tabby Long Hair
