This month begins our $25 deposit fee for grooming appointments. 💳

We didn’t want to make this change, but it’s necessary to help keep everything running smoothly and ensure we can serve everyone who needs a groom.

👉 The deposit will go toward your appointment.
👉 It is non-refundable if you do not show.
👉 Payment options: Venmo, Cash App, or we can send a Square charge.

📢 Important Updates from Kassie’s Paw Spa

We want to thank all of our amazing customers for trusting us to care for your pets! To help our schedule run smoothly and ensure every pup gets the pampering they deserve, please take note of these important updates:

🐶 Double-Check Your Booking – Please pay close attention to the day and time you schedule. We’ve had a number of missed appointments recently, and we want to avoid this for everyone’s benefit.

🐶 Emergencies Happen – We completely understand that life happens, and sometimes emergencies come up. If Kassie ever has to cancel due to an emergency, you will be notified before your appointment time.

‼️‼️ New Deposit Policy – Starting October 1st 2025, a $25 deposit will be required when booking. This deposit goes toward the cost of your groom. If you no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.

🐶 Cancellations – If you know you cannot make your appointment, please cancel as early as possible. This allows us to give your spot to another customer on our waiting list.

Please remember we do not take walk-ups. Booking ahead helps us give each pet the care and time they deserve.

We post our location updates on Facebook. Please do not ask other nearby businesses about our setup — if there's a change or an emergency, we’ll message you directly if you have an appointment that day!

🚨 In Case of Emergencies:
Life happens! If Kassie has an unexpected emergency, we will contact you as soon as possible. No need to worry — you’ll always be kept in the loop!

☀️ Summer Heat Notice:
With summer heat, the trailer can get warm, which may cause some delays. If you have somewhere to be, please let us know ahead of your appointment so we can work together and figure it out.

💳 Payment Policy:
Payment is due the day of your appointment. We offer multiple ways to pay! If you need help or have questions, just reach out to Kassie.

📲 Pick-Up Reminders:
When you receive a message that your pup is ready, please make arrangements to pick them up promptly. Kassie has obligations and stays busy at home, so timely pick-ups help keep the day running smoothly.

🐶 Recurring Appointments – Some clients are already on a set schedule, which may affect availability. If you’d like a recurring spot, let us know!
🐶 Scheduling Adjustments – Due to timing and availability, your usual appointment day may change. I’ll be reaching out to confirm your time!
🐶 Be Specific When Booking – When requesting an appointment, please mention which month you’d like to schedule for to help the process run smoothly!
