Wren is making huge strides! Lucy, a service dog we trained over a year ago, and her handler came out to help us with Wren’s socialization. Wren absolutely loved it! She even allowed pets and took treats 🥹

Today is Daphne’s first day learning to slide under my knees to elevate my legs. This task will be incredibly useful for her handler when Daphne finishes training. She’s catching on fast!

Russell went to Sam’s Club and Lowe’s with his new handler and he practiced obedience as well as his newest task, “around”, which helps create space for his handler. Around is just one of the tasks that Russell is learning, so keep your eye out for more soon! 🐕‍🦺

We had the best evaluation today with three absolute cuties! Barrett (left), Presley (middle), and Owen (right) are all French bulldogs. Their family is struggling with Barrett and Presley fighting anytime they get over-excited or over-stimulated. We are super excited to start their private lessons soon so we can resolve this conflict in the home!

Lucas had a blast working around other dogs on our field trip today! We have Tater Tot and Zin (being trained by Dog Psychology and Training Center - East Texas) on the left, Hudson and Lucy who are past clients on the right, and Lucas at the bottom with me! A great day of socialization for the dogs (and for the people) 🥳
