It is a Class C misdemeanor to tether a dog outside with a chain and without proper shelter/logistics. Why in the world is anyone still doing this?

Vile and immoral to make the decision to take on the OWNERSHIP of a precious being that has NO voice. And to arrogantly and purposely torture and neglect them is another level of EVIL.

Those individuals deserve to MISS out on the greatest love on earth we can ever know.

Please call Smith County Animal Control located on 322 E Ferguson Street to report suspected animal neglect/abuse.

No one has the right to make another living being suffer.
