As a Partner Doctor and Medical Director at Heart + Paw, Dr. Cleveland brings a collaborative, team-centered leadership style to the hospital—mentoring with intention, supporting her team’s growth, and fostering a culture where high-quality medicine and mutual respect go hand in hand. She’s passionate about cultivating a positive work environment and believes that empowered teams lead to better patient outcomes and stronger client relationships. Her leadership approach is further informed by her academic background in workplace communication—she is a published researcher in the field, with a focus on how communication styles impact career progression and team dynamics.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Cleveland enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and catching live music. At home, she’s kept company by her beloved pit bull Sadie and two cats, Augie and Hugo—all of whom keep life joyful and just the right amount of chaotic.
