If your bringing your gun dog to me for training and the dog isn’t crate trained we are going to have a problem. My training schedule is fairly tight and I just don’t have the time or patience to have to mop kennels numerous times a day because the dog is a pig. I also will not tolerate a dog continually making a mess in the dog truck .This will be the last training season will allow it. Moving forward a pig in the truck or in the kennel is going to get sent home pretty quick.
I don’t train puppies for exactly that reason am not set up to potty break and crate train dogs. They must be at that point when they get here. An occasional mess in the kennel is to be expected but day after day continuous sloppy mess will not be tolerated.

Got beaver traps pulled this morning . 3 sets 4 days 7 beavers on the hoops. Then a pretty good afternoon at cedar valley preserve . Pretty windy, pretty dry and plenty warm , but Hank,Divot and Roy did well. Ranger was along for the ride .
