A specialty farm in the coastal foothills of the Santa Cruz Mountains in Aptos, CA. We breed rare/unique chickens with fertile hatching eggs & chicks for sale.

We teach chicken husbandry classes as well as classes in quilting, canning, and basketry.

SOLD to Amy
STUNNING coop ready Splash Frizzle Giant Cochin pullet.

I held this gorgeous girl back for breeding - hoping that she was a cockerel - and then was loathe to let her go even though I can’t use her for breeding.

Hatched 6/4/25, vaccinated for Mareks, treated for Coccidiosis, and well socialized, this princess is a unicorn among chickens.

Beautiful curly feathers, sweetest temperament, and a bird I am genuinely proud of.

I’ll be picky about her home, she deserves the best!
