Hello Facebook Community it looks like the long range forecast for the Rhythm City Band’s Downtown Sounds BLOCK PARTY Show June 4th is going to be outstanding. Hopefully we will pack Carolina Wren Park out for this wonderful band. They are one of our most professional and versatile horn bands playing everybody’s favorite tunes. Well, I just hate to see this post. I certainly do understand. It has been my experience going back to 1984, where history proves the fact that there isn’t a darn thing easy about owning a business or should I say a business owning you. It is a minefield of sorts where anything can happen anytime so worry is a constant. I am so very sorry my friend. Downtown Anderson will certainly miss you and your fine establishment. Growler Haus’ last day of operations will be June 11, 2026. We have enjoyed 14 great years of our tribe members, craft beer, fun times and creating memories.

However due to being a casualty of our insurance being cancelled (same carrier, no claims over 14 years and new quotes coming in at 1000% increase- $30k) by our lovely legislative policies and insurance agencies don’t want to do business SC, we will say our final cheers to all. Hope to see you soon. 🍻🎉🍺🎉🍻
