We are implementing a new policy- after the 2nd time of cancelling your appointment we will now require a 50% deposit to secure your next appointment

We truly value your time, and we ask that you respect ours as well. While we completely understand that unexpected situations can arise, appointments are not suggestions, they are reserved specifically for you.

Being on time and showing up for your appointment allows us to stay on schedule and give every dog the time, care, and attention they deserve. Please be mindful when booking and only schedule if you fully intend to attend. No-shows and last-minute cancellations impact our ability to properly groom each dog and serve all fur-families.
